Instalments may be connected to milestones, such as booking, signing of the agreement, starting construction completion of milestone stages and additional advancement in development. Taxes, registration charge, maintenance charge and all other statutory charges wherever applicable will be additionally payable as per the terms.

10th Installment	5%	On completion of external plaster, elevation, terraces with waterproofing
11th Installment	10%	On completion of the lifts water pumps, electrical fittings, electro, mechanical and environment requirements, entrance lobby/s, plinth protection, paving of areas appertain and all other requirements as may be prescribed in the Agreement.
12th Installment	5%	At the time handing over of the possession of the Flat to the Allottee on or after receipt of occupancy certificate or completion certificate
