The Estate One - Floor Plan

The Estate One is designed in floor plan which is for 3 and 4 BHK apartments, which provide large room for bigger families. Also, the large format plans have separate areas for all day-to-day family activities, and a3 sided open design which brings in plenty of natural light and ventilation. Private lift access leads towards the individual apartment, keeping the entry area separate from the common circulation spaces used by other residents. The exact arrangement of rooms and areas depends on the apartment selected.
