Chandapura is a southern suburb of Bangalore that comes under the Bangalore City Council. Chandapura Anekal road off Bangalore-Hosur road is the most developed area in the southern part of the Bangalore metropolitan area. The Saturday market in this town is very famous for its fresh fruits and vegetables.
