Electronic City Phase II is a development area with technology parks, industrial units and residential areas. It is located east of Hosur Road and is surrounded by Rayasandra, Gulimangala, Kammasandra, Electronic City Phase 1 and Veer Sandra. The area and adjoining areas are home to high-rise apartment projects developed by renowned developers.

Electronic City Phase II provides good road connectivity through Hosur Road, Electronic City Flyover and NICE Ring Road. The district is easily accessible by bus and taxi. Heelalige Railway station is the nearest station, which is 7 km from the local area.
