About RT Nagar Hebbal GKVK

Hebbal Planning District is located at Central North of planning area and is within BBMP. The PD is characterised presence of Bellary Road (NH7) connecting International Airport and the Outer Ring Road, GVKV, defence institutions, flying school, and residential development in the form of layouts and high rise apartments. The PD fairly developed with potential for further densification.

Master Plan aims at stabilising the areas within ORR and promoting developments outside ORR with TOD along Metro Corridor.
