Seawoods is a luxury area planned in Navi Mumbai with Nerul to the north, Panvel Creek to the south, CBD Belapur to the east and Thane Creek to the west. Some of the major areas of this community are Naik wadi, Sector 50, Nerul and Belapur Village. Shree Developers, Chamunda Developers and Ahuja Constructions are some of the major developers in the area with projects like Shree Laxmi Maruti Niwas by Chamunda Serene and Ahuja Kanchan Towers respectively.
