About Sector 144

Sector 144, located on the Noida Expressway, is a growing area that has seen the development of several recently launched residential projects, mostly apartment projects. The industry has created business centers consisting of offices of technology/software companies. In addition, the industry has access to extensive land for the development of various utilities. District 144 is closely surrounded by districts 143, 141, 142, 144, 137, 168 and 135. Good road connections and proximity to workplaces are important factors driving housing development in this sector. Gulshan Botnia, Unnati World and Unnati Vesta Suites are some examples of housing projects in this sector.

The area is easily connected to the Noida highway as well as its branch road, allowing easier access to remote locations in Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi.

Additionally, Sector 144 Metro Station on the Aqua Line is another important means of local connection to key areas of Noida and Greater Noida. For rail and air connections, Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station (24 km) and IGI Airport (40 km) are easily accessible.

The sector's infrastructure has not yet been developed. The oxygen business park certainly has restaurants but there are no stores, shops, pharmacies, banks, etc. For social and retail facilities the area depends on the relatively developed sectors near the district which are within a range of only 15 to 20 minutes. DPS, Shiv Nadar School, JBM School, Genesis Global School, Felix Hospital, Jaypee Hospital, etc., are examples of some of the decent conveniences nearby.

Oxygen Business Park SEZ is a major workforce hub for this area. It houses the offices of key organizations such as United Health Group, EXL, Publicis Sapient, Newgen Software Technologies, NTT Data Services, and Global Logic.
