The locality Sector 68 falls in Gurugram district situated in Haryana state, with a population of 8857. The male and female populations are 4789 and 4068 respectively. The size of the area is about 3.6 square kilometers. The sector is India's second-largest information technology hub and third-largest financial and banking hub. It has retail and commercial hubs like Sector 48, 49, 47 and 50 in Gurugram. In terms of property, most of the projects are residential developments - multi-storey apartments, flats, condominiums and high-rise buildings. Some of the prominent residential projects in this locality are- Supertech Rang, M3M Sierra 68, Focus 24K, Supertech Scarlet Suites and Mahira Ghar.
The National Highway 48 connects Mumbai and Delhi and also connects Gurugram, besides Khaki Dhaula Expressway is also another road that connects all areas of Delhi and Gurugram. The Indian Northern Railway operates the Gurugram railway station and it connects Gurugram and its constituent areas with other parts of the state as well as the rest of India. Bus numbers 111B and 218 have transit lines that pass near the sector, Gurugram. Gurugram Railway Station (13 km) and IGI Airport (24 km) are about 40-50 minutes. Also, metro rail services are from the Yellow Line station of HUDA City Center, about half an hour away from this sector.

It has infrastructure facilities like schools, institutions, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, banks, ATMs, worship places, shopping malls, parks and many more.
Golf Road, Sohna Road and Extension Road host several office centers which are close to the Sector. Business centers and technical parks such as IRIS Tech Park, JMD Megapolis, Candor Techspace, Vatika Professional Point, Universal Business Park, etc. are located within 5 km. Moreover, it takes around 30-40 minutes to reach the office centers of Cyber City and Udyog Vihar.
