Sector 99 is a Locality in Gurugram City in Haryana State, India. It belongs to Gurugram Division. The locality residential area in Gurugram is located at Dwarka Expressway New Gurugram. It mostly consists of one residential plot project apart from multi-storey apartment projects under construction. The area has open land and is largely undeveloped the most important factor contributing to the development of real estate in the region is its alignment with the Dwarka Expressway. The sector is adjoining Sector 102, 99A, 37D and Dhankot village. Residential projects within the sector include Parina the Elite Residence and Lotus Ellis, Pivotal Riddhi Siddhi, Uppal G99 Plots, Asotech Blyth and Vatika Sovereign Park.

Gurugram Road, Pataudi Road and Hero Honda Road are important for connectivity of the area with other main localities in Gurugram. These roads connect the sector with NH-48. Gurugram Bus Stand is 10 km (25-30 min), Gurugram Railway Station is 8 km (20-25 min) and IGI Airport is 25 km (40-45 min).

Nearby Sector 99A is home to the warehouses of several companies such as Grofers, V Guard and ABB India. The prime office hubs of Udyog Vihar and Cyber City are connected in about 40-50 minutes via NH-48, about 15-20 km away. Sohna Road and other important commercial hubs on NH-48 are also well connected. Some of these include Candor Techspace, Info Technology Park, Unitech Infospace and Sector 32 Institutional Area.
