Ulwe is located adjacent to Panvel Creek and is rising as a key residential node in Navi Mumbai, developed by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO). It has good connectivity with prominent Navi Mumbai localities like Panvel, Seawoods, CBD Belapur, Kharghar, Nerul and Vashi. In addition, easy access to employment centers and proximity to major upcoming infrastructure projects make Ulwe an investor-driven destination.
