About Vashi

Vashi is a well-planned area in Navi Mumbai, conveniently located on the Mumbai-Pune highway. It is closely connected to prominent places like Kopar Khairane, Ghansoli, Airoli, Nerul and CBD Belapur. It includes relatively affordable residential properties compared to Mumbai and is well connected to Mumbai. There are high-quality residential and business complexes in the area. Most residential buildings are in the form of small apartment complexes and cooperative housing societies (CHS). Major residential projects in this area are Silicon Tower, Shiv Shakti CHS, Basera CHS and Swastik Shree Ganesh CHS etc.
