About Wagle Industrial Estate

Wagle Industrial Estate is predominantly a commercial area in Thane, situated between the Western Express Highway and the LBS Marg. Overlooking the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, this locality comprises IT parks and small industrial units alongside some residential housing complexes.

The residential development is dominated by multi-storey apartments, and driven by the presence of various IT parks and industrial areas within the vicinity; along with excellent connectivity to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. It is located adjacent to other prominent locations such as Panchpakhadi, Mulund, and Naupada. Some of the major completed, as well as under-construction high-rise residential projects in the area are Ashar 16, Lodha Grandezza, and Eeshan Panchatatva.

Wagle Industrial Estate boasts of sound connectivity to the major areas of Mumbai through the Central line, Eastern Express Highway, and LBS Marg. Thane is the nearest station. While the Central line connects to the eastern suburbs and south Mumbai, the Trans-Harbour line provides connectivity to Navi Mumbai. Further, it has easy access to Ghodbunder Road that connects to Mira-Bhayandar, and the western suburbs. The under-construction Metro Line 4 which is expected by the end of 2022 would enhance connectivity to the airport and other parts of Mumbai. Moreover, Mumbai International Airport is located around 20 km from the area.
