14th Installment	10%	On Completion of Lifts, water pumps, electrical fittings, electro mechanical and environment requirements as maybe prescribed in the Agreement of sale of the building or wing/tower in which the said unit/premises is located.
15th Installment	5%	On receipt of Occupation certificate.
