Bavdhan is a newly formed suburb of Pune bounded by Kothrud on the east, Shivnagar on the north, Lavale on the west and Shivan on the south. This area is considered a good choice for a middle-class residential area as it is very close to educational and workplaces like Aundh, University Circle, Baner and Kothrud. Several major projects in the area include Aditya Nisarg Palms, Behede Silver Brooke, Dagade White Woods, etc.

The locality is well connected to the rest of the city via NDA road and Mulshi road. Pune Railway Station meets the needs of the neighborhood. Pune International Airport is approx. 23 km from the hotel. The proposed Vanaz Metro Station on Line 2 is about 5 km from this area.
