About Tardeo

Tardeo, Located in south Mumbai, is one of the posh areas of the city. It is surrounded by other famous places like Mahalkshmi and Girgaon. It is the most expensive residential property area in the organized part of India (high-rise apartment projects). The district is home to several high-rise buildings and popular projects like Lodha Altamount and Crescent Tower. The area scores highly for green space with Willingdon Sports Club to the north and a green eco-park to the south.

The region is half an hour away from the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, which connects the suburbs of Mumbai to the international airport (23 km). Keshavrao Khadye Marg and Lala Lajpatrai Marg are the main roads connecting the district with the northern part of the city. Pedder Road connects the area to Nariman Point and the Cuffe Parade area. The locality is well served by railways and the Mumbai Central railway station is on the Western Line adjacent to the area. The terminus of the Western line is Churchgate station, which is next to Nariman Point.

There are several reputable schools in the area including Aditya Birla World Academy, Hill Spring International School and Girton High School. Apollo Spectra Hospital is located in this locality, while Jaslok Hospital and Research Center is adjacent to the district. High Street Phoenix and Palladium Mall Lower Parel and Atria Mall Worli are just 20-30 minutes away.

The locality is just 20 minutes away from Nariman Point, South Mumbai's business district. The area is one hour (17 km) from Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). It has some old office buildings. In terms of distance from Mumbai's other major business hubs, Tardeo is centrally located with Lower Parel and Fort less than half an hour away.
